  • Our 60 volunteer tutors give a value of  approximately $130,000 in tutoring hours. If we had to pay our volunteer tutors, our costs would rise by 87%.  They allow us to operate with paid staff of only 3 (2 full-time/1 part-time).
  • Low rent.  We operate out of a facility that has been designated for nonprofits.
