From April 1, 2024 – March 31, 2025 we helped 86 clients. This is a 10.26% increase from the previous year. We manage 40-50 active learner/tutor pairs at any given time.

Outcomes at Exit

  • Overall Progress:
    • 40% of learners transitioned into employment or further education/training
    • 38% achieved greater personal independence
  • Employment Outcomes:
    • 13% of learners became employed
      • Of these, 83% were full-time and 17% were employed while also in school
  • Education and Training:
    • 27% pursued further education or training
      • 42% enrolled in post-secondary programs
      • 42% pursued academic upgrading

This year, “Gaining independence” saw a 90% increase as an outcome, reflecting more students from older populations participating in the digital skills component of our program. This helps reduce the digital divide between generations.
